Pelo app

1. Abra o Invitare e entre na sua conta.
2. Na tela Início, toque na sua foto de perfil no topo (ou no ícone de pessoa, se não tiver foto).
3. No fim da tela, toque em Deletar Conta e confirme.

Se você entrou com e-mail e senha, o app pede a senha. Se entrou com Apple, pede a confirmação da Apple.

Sem acesso ao app

Envie um e-mail do endereço cadastrado na sua conta pedindo a exclusão:

suporte@invitareapp.com.br

O pedido é atendido em até 5 dias úteis.

O que é apagado

• Sua conta e seu perfil (nome, e-mail, telefone, empresa).
• Sua foto de perfil.
• Os eventos que você criou, com todos os convidados e registros de check-in.
• Sua participação como colaborador em eventos de outras pessoas.
• Se você entrou com Apple, o vínculo do seu Apple ID com o Invitare.

A exclusão é definitiva e não pode ser desfeita. Ela não cancela sua assinatura: cancele na App Store ou na Google Play antes, se tiver uma.

In the app

1. Open Invitare and sign in to your account.
2. On the Home screen, tap your profile picture at the top (or the person icon if you have no picture).
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you signed in with email and password, the app asks for your password. If you signed in with Apple, it asks for Apple's confirmation.

Without access to the app

Send an email from the address registered on your account asking for deletion:

suporte@invitareapp.com.br

Requests are handled within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, phone, company).
• Your profile picture.
• The events you created, with all their guests and check-in records.
• Your collaborator access to other people's events.
• If you signed in with Apple, the link between your Apple ID and Invitare.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It does not cancel your subscription: cancel it on the App Store or Google Play first, if you have one.
